Started war with neighbours

Just started a war with our neighbours.

we have an unofficial dss hostel two doors along the road. now this ain't the sort of area you would expect it, every house on this road is 400k plus.

got home tonight and was sittin havin a fag out the window and watched three young lads hanging around my drive wandering in and out, then watched as they threw all there rubbish in my drive. i walked out to watch them go in the dss hostel. now i saw red, picked up all the chip rappers and put them in a bag, walked allong to the hostel spoke to the woman who owned it. she claims it was a private bed and breakfast, yet the guests have to sign a contract???? told her this ain't happening and threw it on her doorstep saying see how you like it. the young guy came out and threatend me saying i'll come outside. i said i am outside come on then, he came out and then ran back inside.

im really concerned about this, we have four cars in our drive and all of them have been heavily keyed along bonnets and doors over the past few months.

anyone know what you can do about stopping these hostels?

yeah the folks are thinkin about cctv, its gotta be cheaper than the £3k its cost so far to get cars resprayed.

tryin to find them some links so they know the cost.

don't need that pishy air rifle my dad is an award winning stalker and marksman, got the real things here. might get in a wee bit of trouble using them.

think a .22 mannlicher with snipers scope and special hand loaded bullets might have more impact.

oh yeah im also joking.

im also buying a classic car which has got me more worried cause it would have to sit on the drive.

the woman rents out all the rooms in her house and her garden shed to people reffered on to her by the dss, the dss pays there rent.
basically from a nice peacefull road, we have gained drug addicts, alcoholics, beggars, peeping toms, and vandals.

still someone else took exception to her just after she oppened and had all her windows tanned in and lots of stuff sprayed all over her walls. oh the justice.

yeah i know, think red tape and the hardman image are my way forward just now, next door neighbour football hooligan type guy, says he has a baseball bat if they start anything.
mum has got all the neighbours to write to the council.

thats the thing she is claiming its a private b&b rather than a dss hostel but we know it is cause some of the folk staying there told us. plus what kind of b&b makes you sign an three page contract.

i just wandering what kind of scam she's up to.

im not worried about individual guests they don't stay too long often just a month or so until one of them gets complained about. and this one was a stupid kid.

im reaconing she's running a vat scam on the whole thing, this is her income she does nothing else, surely she should be declared as a small buisness and be paying vat on all her earnings.

hey what can i say about my neighbour the boy done good, worked hard and made his money but i sure as hell wouldn't get on the wrong side of him.

thanks for the link on the cameras, sent my dad the link, i think he'll be up for the cctv due to the amount of valuable cars he has. just a shame all this has kicked off the day he flew back to moscow.

anyone know if this cuts down your home insurance premium if you have cctv fitted.
