Hi guys!
I've decided to start again with my training programme after not training for a good 4-5 months due to money problems which are now hopefully over! Today I've done my first workout in months and I'm really feeling it! I must admit I haven't missed the struggle to walk upstairs after squatting.
My stats are:
Height: 5'10
Weight: 85kg
Age: 27
Previous lifts: bench 8x65kg, squat 8x120kg, deadlift 5x120kg
18/7/14 - First workout!
Squats
5x5 40kg
Bench Press
5x5 30kg
Barbell Row
5x5 30kg
Obviously these are all low weights but as I'm sure you know it soon gets heavy with Stronglifts. I'm just looking for some progression and a structured way back into lifting
