Can someone help me?

I just signed up to go to the gym because I want to increase my strength and fitness in general.

I am going to print this spreadsheet and take it with me but I have a few questions I don't really understand, never did this sort of thing before :D

1) Should I do anything else? Like crunches, chin ups, pull ups, etc? Or just follow the guide?

2) Really silly question, but if it's a 3 day exercise, what's the best way to do it? If I started tomorrow I was thinking, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, since I wanted to start tomorrow and it's my first work out, is it a good idea to start Thursday then just start again Monday-Wed-Fri and skip Sunday? I imagine my muscles should need more rest right since it will be my first time? Or should I just wait until Friday?

Thanks

I think it's in pounds, Just follow the guide for now, Mon-Tue-Wed are good days to train. I think you need to find your max weight you can lift before starting the program.

Horrible idea for a new person to the gym tbh :p

mon, weds, fri will be fine, though monday evenings will be busy.

why dont you do a couple of sessions this week trying the exercises out, see if you can see what they are and where and how to do them in the gym.
this gives you a chance to speak to a trainer if needed for advice on form.

Yeah, thanks, I think I'll go down tomorrow, try out, practise my form, see what my max are, and then next week start hitting it seriously.

I'm really looking forward to doing this, I've been wanting to get into power lifting ever since I was a kid

wouldnt go hitting your max yet tbh, just get your body used to doing some exercises.
