Starting water cooling

Is the Koolance pump and reservoir RP-1000BK black any good.

And will i only need nozzles, cpu block, tubing, liquid and radiator.

Seems overpriced to me tbh.

Have a look at this. I have the 10W version. Its silent now that its been bled and I placed tubing underneath it to prevent vibrations.
