Startup Dot?

Everytime I start up W7 I can see this dot which appears smack bang in the middle of my desktop for a split second and then disappears.

Does anyone know what it could be associated with?

Could it be Catalyst Software W7 Aero Theme?

Ok I think I've figured it out, its the Catalyst software.

I think its just the catalyst software loading up at start up. as he said it only lasts for a second on boot up.
