Startup Error RUNDLL w007cf7.dll

Hi all i got several viri and having my browser hijacked and adware installed on my machine, i removed viri adware etc using adaware kaspersky anti viri and registy mechanic. After cleaning when i turn on my pc i get a small box with this error message...

RUNDLL w007cf7.dll

The specified module could not be found.

Can anyone help me stop it doing this?
