Startup Inspector

Does anyone use/recommend this programme? I'd like to try it but obviously I don't want to use something unreliable if it messes around with the registry. Is there anything better out there that I should use? Thanks.

Agreed. It sits there [using very little in the way of resources] and alerts when something applies itself to a startup location. In fact, it's the only "security" app I have installed on my desktop PC.
