startup items load .... pause .... the load the rest ????

I'm running windows Xp pro SP2 , and lately when I boot up my machine, it finishes loading windows, then the startup items start loading, it starts off with MSN, HP printer software, logitech and then NOD32.
Then nothing else loads up after about a minute or so, then everything else finishes, network connections etc, this is annoying because this one only really ever goes on so I can stream me movies from this one to others

Please help, very annoying....................

I had this ages ago. I think i narrowed it down to one program not loading or having a fault, and it delayed the rest of the applications.

Ahhh I c

What I've done is gone into the event viewer and found a loverly big X from today already, says me printer software has hung up, ill just turn that off..

It seems to still print, scan and tell me about ink levels and that on it, so seems to have done that trick, ill just have to hope that if something decides not to work on the printer, that I unticked the service, push comes to shove ill just reinstall the whole thing
