Startup Manager : Free ones?

I am looking out for a good StartUp Manager.

Normally, I use System Mechanic and this has been just peachy for me, but I cant be bothered anymore as its not XP64 Compatible, or at least the latest version I use doesnt anyway, so I am on the lookout for a free alternative.

Must be both XP32 and XP64 compatible... Need it for 9x/me/2k too.

Any suggestions as everythign I am finding, asks for dosh, and I am no longer willing to waste money.
