Startup windows error message

i get this message everytime i start up -

c:\Winows\system32\esifbjvobc\csrss.new.exe

tried using adaware and deleting the registry but still comes back.

any help would be great!thanks

non of them found anything and ths is really persisting

done the msconfig thing and ticked them off the startups list. antivirus had got them but still in there. all runnig very smooth again now thanks for the help!
