The FOV is insane.

Sure it's what it wants to be to help the transition between leaving the real world behind. Id suggest +1 armour for those battle worn VR legs though, it'll be brutal

Those specs look VERY impressive.
Couldn't help but notice that it will include eye tracking and thus enable foveated rendering, which should help reduce some of the GPU loading from the increased resolution.

Supports SLI, so one dedicated GPU per eye

The downside with current headsets is the low FOV, this looks pretty darn good!

The resolution seems very low - it's only marginally better than a Vive Pro (albeit with RGB subpixel panels) but stretched over double the FOV. And if that estimated price is accurate, it's going to make the Vive Pro seem like an absolute bargain.

Have to wait for reviews but for now it's back to waiting (and hoping) for the Pimax.
