Hi Guys,

I'm with Pipex (parents choice). For the past few days, I've noticed my router stats looking like this:

I noticed that the latency has changed from "INTERLEAVED" to "FAST" - is this a change of IP Profile or something similar? I generally sync between 3000 and 5000 kbps. Is there anything I can do to rectify this, or is this my ISP?

I also rebooted my router this morning - there were loads of CRC Errors on both the upstream and downstream channels. The router has been up for about 30 minutes.

Looks like you're on fixed rate 1Mbps, going by that data rate.

The interleaving mode has nothing to do with your IP profile or anything like it. The only reason it would be changed is if you asked for it to be changed or BT Wholesale think your line's stable enough that you don't need it. home1000 doesn't use interleaving either, though...

As far as I know we have not asked for it to be changed. Would a call to the ISP resolve this, do you think? It's getting annoying where browsing is crawling in the evenings now, particularly with 5 internet users, with 2 of them being heavy use.
