Hi folks,
Looking for some advice.
Girlfriend and I are looking to buy something to keep up our fitness levels within our flat (we've just moved in together).
I go running 2 or 3 times a week mainly during weekend as I work long hours during the week and have no free time during daylight hours.
She had a cheap £70 Rainforest static bike which I found really useful for jumping on for 30 mins in the evening to turn off from the day and keep active.
It recently broke, a snapped belt and cannot find a replacement.
We have recently heard good things about rowing machines and the fact that they exercise the upper as well as lower body.
What are the pros and cons of each and which way would you perhaps lean? A good unisex static bike or a rowing machine?
Which ever way has anybody got any recommendations as to models to look at? Not wanting to spend to much, no more than £180 ish.
Any advice appreciated
