Static IP HELP

Basically i would like to Port forward my EDI MAX 7024 WG router for use with bittorent. I have succesfully completed this task using a different router on my girlfriends PC however when go into the command window I cannot find the information it is looking for. (IP, default gateway etc etc)

Please can you help me.

Sure there's not some more above that screenshot?

I assume your PC has more than one network card, the only one we can see from that screenshot has no network cable plugged in.
