Static IP's

Hi Guys.
I have a new ISP which comes with 4 static IP's.

I have a router/modem, 2 webservers and 4 pc's/laptops.

What I would like if possible is:

The Webserers to have a static ip address each.
The pc's/Laptops to have a internal DHCP address each.

Is this possible and how? hardware etc?

Can i do it like this..

DSL ---> Old modem/Router ----> Webserver & new router

So it splits at the old router, lan 1 to webserver (static ip 1), lan 2 to new router (static ip 2) running internal dhcp network...

would this work? i know you gonna tell me to use a linux box. lol

No it don't, I look into that already. its a Linksys wag200g.
