I haven't investigated much yet but it looks like the Stamford site is down and has been so since midnight, I can't get at the team stats txt file so for the moment sigs will be out of date.
There's a message on the front page of the official forum saying that there are major networking problems at Stamford. At least the work servers are still connected so we can up- and download WUs.
