I think there's a problem with indivdual user stats at sites like EOC and Kakao at the moment, because they are not getting the correct information from Stanford. There has been no increase in personal stats for the last three updates at EOC: Tom Jones (not unusual) for some but definitely strange for uber-crunchers like FLECOM. The problem might be due to this.

I noticed that two - at first I thought I'd lost two smp units - but stanford have them all save and counted

The Daily User Summary is now updating again - the 3rd party stats should sort themselves out the next time they update 
I don't know if that will sort the piggot sigs or not - time will tell
edit: lol I'd not noticed that the Garp siggies were down too - not sure if they only update daily or more often these days
