Came out no more than 6 months ago, it's an indie game. Really colourful and you can stealth it or kill everyone. Played like cannon fodder.

Nope it's very bright colours all the missions are in a small block of buildings. You can pinch people's clothes and sneak past them.

Cant remember if you can pinch peoples clothes, but its not Invisible Inc is it? Small blocks of buildings made me think of that.
