Steam account retrieval ?

I have a steam acc that i aint used for sometime, and i forgot the pw, only problem is the email account i had when i set the account up has been closed and i aint had any mail from that account, so when i click retrieve the email get sent to an account which dont exist anymore.

Any ideas cheers
 
i had mine stolen a few weeks back so i emailed them through their site and you can chose "Password Retrieval" or something similar from the list. I'm not gonna lie to u here, but it took well over a week to get mine back so don't expect a snappy reply :p
 
I dont think that will work cos i have'nt got any account details other than my account name, and if they do reset my account they are gonna email to at the old address

Similar thing has happened to me except whoever stole my account managed to get it disabled by using cheats (a hacked cybercafe account according to Steam support :confused: no idea what that is). Still haven't got it re-enabled. And I bet they won't since they probably won't believe that it wasn't me who did it.
 
Winds me up that people have to mess around with other peoples stuff. I mean, a steam account??? Hope its worth it to them
