Steam and MSN

Guess this is the right forum to post this in...

Anyone know the timescale for waiting for tickets to be resolved with Steam and MSN regarding password reset?

I seem to have changed my passwords when I first installed win7 for security and now they are so secure not even I can remember them

The secret question on Steam is "What did customer support last reset your passphrase to?" the answer I don't have since I deleted the email..

The MSN secret question I don't remember because it is an anniversary :mad:

why on earth I picked that I don't know I must have been in love... I'm a man I don't remember dates...

i had to wait a few days to get an email from steam which was annoying

When I contacted Steam, it took them 5-7 days to respond back to me. Couldn't game for a week ****ed me off

A bit of a poor example really, it's not like you couldn't easily disguise it now is it?

I know many people who have their bank card details saved to their phone disguised as a phone number.

But as has been said, really, what's the likelihood of your details being compromised if simply written down?

According to that logic, I've got to go and scratch all the numbers off my debit card because the bad man will see them on my card when he comes to get me.

Thanks mate, but that is where I made the ticket in the first place, it's like a forum so far the only views to my "post" have been me :mad:

and I really hope only Bill's employees are allowed to view it because I had to answer a lot of account questions...

Still no reply from MSN.
