Steam application still running.

Nothing downloading, nothing in task manager yet I can't exit Steam. 'One or more Steam applications are still running' . Bug? Ideas? Been happening over the last few days.

Yes look at the processes. There might be something running that you closed. If its not immediately obvious... just end Steam.exe.
