Steam, blue screening and missing games!

Anyone experienced anything similar:

PC hasn't crashed since I installed windows a year ago.
Recently installed two games on steam, Cyberpunk and Horizon Zero Dawn.
Cyberpunk was running really well but had a blue screen which then resulted in Steam reinstalling the game several times..now running fine again!
Horizon Zero dawn now just done the same!

Is this a Steam issue?
Never experienced this before!

Any error message on the bluescreen? You could have a look in Event Viewer and try see if it'll give you any indication of why it bluescreened. It doesn't seem like usual behaviour to me, the last time I had a bluescreen I found there was a application driver conflicting.
