Steam 'common' folder.

Recently did a format, but I made sure I backed up my main Steam folder.

I've installed Steam again now after the format and I'm in the process of copying the common folder. What do I need to do after this is done to make sure all the games show in the library again?

Thanks guys, I did put the common folder back and re-set steam but it's just asking me to download the games again when I click install. Not sure what to do.
