One of our ovens at work in the kitchen can cook stuff by steam, so yes I guess they do exist

if you realy want a steam ovan then a normal ovan will do with a metal pan in the bottom with a little boiling water from a kettle in it. will have the same affect.

(Ive been a baker for the last 10years)
