Is the DLC free for those who already have it?

Game is pretty good apart from two small things:

1.) The story is ****, like written in a lunch break by a moron ****.

2.) Most of the gameplay puzzles can be solved in exactly the same way.

Good fun and very pretty game. I bought it as a treat for when I'd finished my essay tonight but ended up playing it all the way through. Short, but for the price it was worth it.
