Steam down for anyone else?

It won't login at all. If I try offline mode, it says there is no offline login details stored on this computer, even though I have used offline mode before on this machine...

Heh - well the Steam forums have lots of complaints about not being able to login, possibly due to a recent Steam client update.

I couldnt log in either, so I just went to the steam website and clicked get steam, then clicked 'repair' when the installer asked.

Worked for me.

I would recommend restarting your machine, it's been working for people who havnt been able to access the L4D2 demo

No, it is basically buggered for a lot of people. Just browse on steam forums, people saying it takes 30 minutes to get on lol
