Steam download issue?

the top one has just started downloading but before it was just saying the same as CS:GO, and not starting. been like this most of the week, is there a fix?

not just me then! they are preloading fallout 4 at 9pm too :/

thanks fo the tip, i did type that into run and it seemed to get it going again, though seems slower than im used to

European downloads server are currently under very heavy load. European traffic has just broken its previous peak traffic record. Currently at 1Tbps.
