Steam download question

Hey guys,

Internet at my current place is disgusting, averages about 0.9meg

If I took my external HDD to my rents, is there I can download all my steam games onto it, then transfer them onto my machine?

Yes

Just copy folders from steamapps\common between machines and restart steam
