So I was noticing my games directory wasn't being picked up by my steam client so I reinstalled the client made sure in the settings that it was downloading to the right drive and what not but basically still didn't pick up my games so i thought maybe windows is being buggy lemme reinstall windows, my steam client and reinstall my steam library I'm on a wired connection a couple hours ill have all my games back except once everything was reset and set up again steam was downloading my games weirdly so it would be like 10 mb/s then go up to 25 30 eventually to 68 mb/s peak then drop to 0b/s and it does that throughout the download. I thought maybe I usually don't look at what's happening maybe it downloads like this usually maybe not look too deep into it so yesterday I left my pc on all day to download my games and when I came back to my pc it still had over 25 games left to download which is really weird and the same thing was happening validating files then downloading then stopping a few seconds after and then downloading then validating repeat....
