Hi,

I was under the impression that i could share my library with my family members (same lan) as long as i'm not playing the same game.

I'm the old man, and i have two kids, both with gaming machines.

Whilst they both have their accounts, most of the titles are against my steam account.

However if say i want to play MotoGP, and my son wants to play BLOPS (two completely different games) he'll get a message saying so & so wants to play this game so you've only got 5mins.

That is as good as it gets right now, you can't share individual games as such, just the account so they can use it only if you are n't playing anything.

It is quite a new feature, hopefully one day they will make it more useful.

There is a workaround though. If you put your account into offline mode, you can play your games (offline), while somebody online plays one of your game. Only downside is I don't think it tracks gametime or achievements.
