Hello, I have access to two PC's, My Main PC is in the Bedroom, but my other PC is at my mums.
What i was wondering is , am i allowed to access my steam account and play my games at both addresses. I don't want to d'load all my Steam stuff at my mums then get locked out of my account. cheers :D

And two for steam?

Yes, of course you are. That's one of the great things about steam. Just copy your steam folder onto an external drive and bring it anywhere.

What about... if my steam account is accessed in two places? Like I leave it logged in then go round a mates and use it there. Will I be banned? Or will it just log my other pc off?

Will just be logged off. I have been letting my friend in Oregon use my account for about a year and it hasn't been banned yet.

You'll be asked for your password each time you swap locations, this was one of the main selling points of steam.

You can use them both at the same time, provided one has been set to offline mode. Obviously that one won't be able to use online features till it's set back to online mode. Sounds like it suits your purposes anyway. :)
