Anyone else bought this game?
Best £2.69 I've spent in a long time, as its a fun little time waster.
Oh and in honour of OCUK, I'm 11th on the top highscores and advertising this very place!!!! :cool:

Got round to playing the demo, very addictive.

A definite purchase.

Without playing the demo or reading up on it, can you tell us what type of game it is?

Looks similar to a tower defence at first glance..

Based on the mechanics of the 80’s popular arcade classic Qix, Fortix is a casual arcade game set in a fantasy environment and boosted with brand new strategic elements.
Conquer the enemy castle by cutting parts out of the playfield! Beware of flying dragons and other monsters! Gain control of catapults to shoot out enemy turrets attacking you as soon as you leave your shelter!
Numerous power-ups are helping you to gain advantage over the monsters becoming more and more vicious each level.

I usually don't bother checking sizes as I'm only on 1mb now so I just assume they're all huge

I'll be damned. That was my first thought when I saw the screenshot, but then I thought "no way would people play that in 2010"... and then I saw your post
