Steam games Event fake?

Some one just has opend up a steam chat with me apparently they are in the OCUK boderlands group. or somethign like that

The display name is STEAM manager.

and the message reads

STΕΑΜ Manager: http://event-community.t35.com DO NOT USE

No im very sure this is fake but can someone just confirm?

I would actualyy love to send that link to people as a prank and fall out of my chair laughing at anyone that signs up and gets their steam account hacked.
