Steam games question

Does anyone know if I can have my Steam account on 2 computers but have 1 game installed on 1 PC and not on the other?

Basically i've ran out of space on my SSD on my main computer and I have TF2 installed on both my PC and laptop. Could I delete it off my PC and have it installed on my laptop and it would still work O.K and not give me any issues?

Whatever PC you sign into Steam from you can play any game from your account that is installed on that particular PC.

only rule is that you can't log into both at the same time (unless your in offline mode)
