Steam games that don't work

They have a habit of forcing full re-downloads on new mmos. The steam people blame the mmo devs for not being used to steam.
 
Eve Online. Steams never got the patching right, it's never had the client free (which is it) and it's impossible to change the name of the demo if you already have an account.

Why people don't just download it from ccps site is beyond me considering it updates when you log in.
