Steam Gifting broke?

Gets to the payment selection page then when you try to process reports an error occured...

Can someone please try, dont worry, even if it works, you can cancel on the order summary screen.

Broke for me yesterday when I was trying to gift to a mate's Steam ID.
Was being reported as "your credit card has been rejected".
Spent 30m on the phone getting through to Barclaycard only to be told that no attempts had been made.
Tried with another credit card, same error.
Finally, tried sending it to his email address instead of Steam ID and it worked.

3 went through for me today(borderlands and x2 dlc) then the last one (last dlc) kept failing so i tried someone elses card and it still failed.
had to log into the persons account and purchase it that way in the end.
