On a side note, say I've bought left for dead 2 on steam, could I gift that to someone else on a different steam account?

if you have it as a gift pass then yes

also withdrawn on the deal with number 25 as he is swaping a whole account for cod 4, so the game are still up for grabs if anyone wants them

also updated op with competition/draw for the steam account with 23 games on
