Ok, so last night a friend of mine sends me a shattered horizon gift pass. Great I think, I'll be save activating this until tomorrow so my 3 free days fall on the weekend.
So the steam pop-up makes it's appearance and asks if I'd like to activate now or click cancel to activate later, I click cancel last night hoping to activate today. At this point all is still going to plan, the pop-up closes and shattered horizon shows up in my list of not installed games.
I start steam today hoping to install the game only to find no trace of it. My friend even tried sending me another guest pass but steam wouldn't let him, infroming him that I already own this game.
What's going on guys?
Is there a folder within my steam files through which I can redeem (or at least cancel) this dodgy guest pass?
