I've got a problem. I had the urge to play a little CS:S today, but even though I thought I could remember my details, it seems after 6 months I've either forgotton them or they've exploded.
I Tried making a new account, but obviously that doesn't have any games attached to it and if I try to add either the HL GOTY or HL CS key to the new account it says it's already attached (to my old accout).
I'm struggling to see how I can get to it as you need you details to contact support, and I put the email address in I thought it was and a mail was sent, but nothing was received.
Any ideas?
