STEAM help

So I have had to help my mum with some problems with her PC today, and I have noticed my old STEAM account on here with CS/HL/TFC etc.

It would be quiet nice to play these games again, however I do not have access to my email account that I used to sign up with (an NTLworld account), my STEAM account auto logs me in on this PC.

Now is there anyway to retrieve this password? I cannot change my password without knowing the old one and I also cannot change my contact e-mail without knowing my password. :mad:

I also do not want to log out of the account through steam as then I'm totally buggered.

Anyone offer any help?

So if I take a photo of my HL1 game case (which is the key I used to register the account) and send it to them they will change my email and password to my current e-mail and reset the password?

Thanks for the help though guys, will send them a photo of the CD key and hope they can help, at least I know the e-mail address I used now.

Well a support ticket has been raised, with picture of original jewel case with cd key.

Fingers crossed they sort this out.
