where can u find a list of all the special offers available on steam the only one i keep seeing is operation flashpoint. Is there a section that shows you all special offers

If you look at the list on the store homepage, there's a "specials" tab at the top.

Hey guys I'm moving house so wont have internet for a few weeks.

If I buy supCom2 or Napoleon total war of Steam, Will I be able to play them with no internet connection?

You'd have to set yourself in offline mode before you disconnect or it might cause problems. I'm not familiar with either game regarding other things that might prevent it (like GFWL) but i think both games are fairly clean.
