seems like lately ive been spending a lot more money on the steam sales, is it just me or anyone else feel the same

Before making a Steam purchase ask yourself:

"Am I going to play this within the next 3 months?"

"Is this the cheapest it will be for a while?"

If no, wait. It'll be on sale again :).

if its on for around a fiver, will it be much cheaper if atall and when will it go on sale again? might aswell grab it while you can and whiles its cheap imo :)

even if it doesnt get played, still a bargain

Yes it's addictive lol. I have several games that have been in the sale recently but i doubt i'll get chance to play them until next year now that there's an increase of big releases!

foolishly I've bought a lot of games through Steam, without first checking prices elsewhere ....SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED on steam £29.99 just bought it elsewhere brand new £12.04 free p&p ....No more buying from Steam without first checking...SALE!!??? What sale?;)

Swifty

I've got about 10 steam games I need to download, but because of my useless 50gb download allowance, I'm well restricted, and then I get whopped with mass bills because 1gb over = another pound ontop of my bill. 20gb over = £20 ontop of my bill :/ so annoying !!

I love Steam, anytime i see something for £3 or less i am all over it :), will go upto £5 -£7 if it includes DLC as well, like borderlands :D
