I've had a lot of network issues lately but I've come across something really weird. It seems whenever I load a game in Steam my network speed to the device is severely limited. I noticed this on FM22 most as its the type of game you go off on to the internet whilst games play etc...but have tried a couple of other games, such as Tomb Raider which sits at the pre menu and same thing happens. I go from 110mb down to 8mb.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? I wouldn't mind if Steam downloaded at a decent rate but itself is usually capped around 12mb. Very weird.
