Steam keeps asking to update

For the last few days, steam has been asking me to update. I accept and restart it but it keeps repeating the process.

Anyone else experienced this?

Had it in the past, fixed it by deleting the ClientRegistry.blob file and restarted.

Unfortunately it's still doing it
