Steam library directories.. Move a previously installed game?

I've got my new SSD installed with Steam and a few games on it. I've got a main Steam library on a different drive for the games I'm not putting on the SSD.

I identically clicked through and installed one game on the SSD. I thought I could then uninstall and reinstall it and choose the other drive. When you try install the game again it doesn't give you the choice and puts it straight onto the main drive..

How do I move my game and why does Steam only let you choose another directory once... even if you uninstall the game?

I do not know how to do directly what you are asking but i've used Steam Mover before to move games between my SSD and HDD depending on what i'm playing the most.
