Just wanted to quickly ask if anyone knows if you do a clean Win11 install on C: and your Steam library is on E: when I've installed Steam on the fresh install will my games library on E: be automatically added, or is it a case of having to redownload/install all the games currently installed on E:?
 
Depends where you reinstall steam to. If you install it on c: you will likely need to add the E:\ library in steams settings

Point the Steam folder library to where the installed games are and Steam will pick them up once the files have been verified.
