Steam Link v's Nvidia Shiield TV

I have both of these devices on my wired network and was quite surprised the Shield TV does a better Job streaming PC games than Steam link, set both to best visuals at 1080p and the Shield TV looks significantly better than the Steam Link with no performance loss.

Having said that I do like that you can plug in Keyboard/mouse and Xbox wireless controllers in to the Link and stream the whole of your PC (Desktop) just a shame image quality isn't better.

There both very good, I got the Steam and controller for £60 delivered when it was on offer and they're incredibly well made and work very wel. Steam link also streams the whole of your PC so you can play games that aren't on steam like Forza Horizon 3.

However for me the better image quality and all the other stuff the Shield TV does makes it better even at more than twice the price but I'm happy to keep both
