Basically need to set this up to be allowed to sell my cards on the market place, which is dumb but whatever. Every time I try to add a Steam guard mobile it keeps telling me my number is a 'bad phone number'. Set it to UK (+44) and removed the 0 like you should, no dice. Anyone know a fix?

Valve/Steam are useless, you couldn't fit all of their issues on the side of a bloody mountain you'd run out of space.

Try the zero and remove +44

Not a fix btw...just a suggestion.

I would do mate but the +44 is part of a drop down box with all other international codes as options. I've tried with and without 0 too and nothing.

I never had a problem with myn I just enter my number with out the +44 and it worked fine

Still use the 0 aswell as the +44 see if that works?

Pretty sure steam still take the full number so 077xx xxxxxx it just uses the +44 as reference that automatically changes your number accordingly or incase you change country or such.

Tried all of these things guys, gave it another go today and it worked, guess the server or the app itself was just knackered.
