Steam not seeing game location

Simple one for someone

I've just done a fresh install of 8.1 on a 60Gb SSD and my steam library has remained untouched on another SSD.

I've dragged the Steam desktop shortcut out and that works fine but it isn't seeing any of the installed games...

What do i need to do?

Also, while I'm here

Can I copy my old Google Chrome bookmarks and extensions from my old SSD with windows 7 on?

Set your steam library location to where your games are:

Settings / Downloads / Steam Library Folders.

then right click on your games and hit install. It will find the data already exists and make the changes necessary.
