took this from Kotaku:

With the release of Left 4 Dead just around the corner, now would be an excellent to to reacquaint yourself with some of the wonderful games Valve has released in the past. To help you in that endeavor, Valve has released the Valve Complete Pack on Steam, a compilation of everything they've released since the dawn of time. That includes Half-Life in all its many forms, Counter-Strike, Team Fortress 2 and Classic, Portal, and hell, they've even got Peggle Extreme in there for good measure.

So how much does all of that run? Only $99, and before you pull out your calculators, keep in mind that the package also includes Left 4 Dead itself, so you're basically getting all of the other games for $50 more. That's a savings of $134.82. The only way it isn't a good deal is if you already own all the other games, and that's just crazy.

I'd love to buy the whole pack, but I already bought half of it separately :(. And my bank account is empty now :(:(.

Gah why release this after L4D preorder, spent $60 on that alone.

Edit: Already have most of it, apart from that abortion of a game that is CS: S

Seems a bit overpriced for most people who will already own some of the games, bearing in mind recent currency fluctuations

link us plz nvm found it my self so if u buy this thing and u have like for example few of them games can u give them for someone else?

Hmmm it does seem like a good deal but any half-respecting gamer.. well, anyone who plays games on a PC, should have most of these games anyway! :p

And for those that want that price in GBP (inc tax) its £80..

And with a PC like that mr person above me, I hope you don't want this for christmas :p
